Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Custom Orders: Custom-manufactured or personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at irfan1969.ghumman@gmail.com with your order details. We will guide you through the process and provide the return shipping address.

Refunds

Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be issued for items not returned in their original condition, missing parts, or damaged for reasons not due to our error.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is due to an error on our part, the original shipping cost will be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at irfan1969.ghumman@gmail.com with your order information. We will arrange an exchange if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Items purchased on clearance or during a sale.
  • Worn, damaged, or altered items (unless a manufacturing defect is present).

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before they are processed for production. Once your order is confirmed and enters the manufacturing stage, cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.
